KNOWN HAZARDS: Acute: Irritation of the eyes and skin. Chronic: None identified.

CARCINOGENICITY: No ingredients are classified by IARC, NTP, or OSHA as known or potential carcinogens.

PRIMARY ROUTES OF EXPOSURE: Dermal

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF EXPOSURE: Eyes - Can cause irritation but injury is unlikely. Skin - Can cause irritation. Inhalation - No effects expected. Ingestion - Not considered to be a route of exposure. Effects of ingestion have not been determined. Considered to have a low acute oral toxicity.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS AGGRAVATED BY EXPOSURE: Eye and skin conditions.

EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES

EYES: Flush eyes with large amounts of clean water. Seek medical attention if any effects develop.

SKIN: Wipe off material and wash with soap and water. Launder contaminated clothing before reuse.

INHALATION: Move victim to fresh air if discomfort develops. If symptoms persist, consult a physician.

INGESTION: Give plenty of water to drink. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Do not induce vomiting unless directed to by a physician. Call a physician immediately.

OTHER: Referral to a physician is recommended if there is any question about the seriousness of the injury/exposure.

CONTROL MEASURES AND PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

VENTILATION: General (natural or mechanically induced fresh air movements).

EYE PROTECTION: Not required, however, safety glasses should be worn in most industrial settings.

SKIN PROTECTION: Gloves are recommended (cotton or chemical resistant).

RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: Not normally required. Where ventilation is inadequate to control vapors, use a NIOSH-approved respirator with organic vapor cartridges. Never enter a confined space without an appropriate air supplied respirator.

PRECAUTIONS FOR SAFE HANDLING AND USE

HANDLING AND STORING PRECAUTIONS: For industrial use only. Keep out of reach of children. Use with adequate ventilation. Do not get into the eyes. Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin. Practice good hygiene; i.e. wash after using and before eating or smoking. Store in a cool, dry area. Store between 40° and 100° F. Keep from freezing.

SPILL PROCEDURES: Allow to cure. Scrape up spilled material and place in a closed container for disposal in accordance with all applicable local, state, or federal requirements. Not considered to be a hazardous waste according to EPA definitions.
